❀ Gold or Silver plated pieces are composed of a layer of gold or silver bonded to brass/stainless steel and because of this, it is normal for the plating to fade over time. The time the plating fades depends on several different factors such as your skin's acidity, how often you wear, and the activities you do while wearing the piece.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your original method of purchase for any unworn items you are not completely happy with. Please email us at anjouls.shop@gmail.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned to Anjoul within 30 days of the shipping date in unused condition (including original packaging). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders that receive our free shipping promotion will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping should the entire order be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Anjoul is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.
